Make sure you backup up your data often. You may do this already and that is a great step. But I am sure there are things you neglect not to backup or not as often that you don’t think are as important. Believe me, to save yourself the headache down the road. Backup up all you can and do it often. It may seem like wasted time at the moment, but is not! Try and keep all your online passwords saved in writing as well. So many people depend on a password program to store all this information. And then something goes wrong with their computer and they are up the creek without a paddle. Grab a notebook or stack of index cards and write them all down. Note which password goes to which site, program, etc… A few things you can do to keep yourself and your work a little more organized. I’ll be covering more as the weeks follow.

Save yourself the headache! Picking a ton of products to promote is not what is going to bring you sales. Pick a QUALITY product that you have interest in. Perhaps you have used it before or you are promoting a product in an area you have some knowledge. Either way selling something you really know nothing about and A LOT of it at that. Is not any way to show your potential customers you are the source they should spend their dollars with. However if you have the “knowledge” (keyword there) about what your are selling, and focus on this particular item/items.  Your chance of success increases ten-fold. Approach your marketing efforts as someone who has authority on the topic and not someone out trying to make a quick buck. Your customers know and will appreciate.
