does anyone know when tickets are going on sale for either kids choice awards 2008 or dancing with the stars on march 25th??

On march 29th the kids choice awards shows on nickelodean. So when it shows does that mean its happening right then? is it live? or was it previously recorded???? also some of the commercials for it show the naked brothers band performng on the stage so was that a practice and they put the practice in the commercial or was that the REAL awards and it is just showing a recording????
Actualy were i am it airs from 7:00pm till 8:30 pm but in other places it airs at different times. like if i callled someone in florida while i was watching it start for them it would be starting at 9:00pm but they wouldbe watching ithe same thing.
I just saw a commercial for it and they said it was live, so that answers my question, i guess for the commercial it was just a rehearsel.
